2024 NewJen Bass Membership is required for each angler to enter any/all regularly scheduled series events (Pro/Ams and Teams).
I understand that the annual $60 membership fee AND the entry fee must be paid in full to NewJen Bass prior to each tournament. By completing the membership information and online payment, I hereby certify that all information entered is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand and will comply with all State and Federal agencies that have jurisdiction over tournament waters, to include tow vehicle and boat insurance requirements. I further understand that any violations may result in immediate disqualification, without refund. The Tournament Director/s have all final authority over any protests, disputes, and reserve the right to refuse service or participation to anyone. I hereby waive and release from harm NewJen Bass, the tournament host marina, directors, vendors, and sponsors from any/all claims of negligence, injury, and/or damages incurred in conjunction with any NewJen event. I have the necessary liability insurance prescribed by the rules to participate in NewJen Bass events. I further understand that I am solely responsible for all costs incurred resulting from any incident/s related to a NewJen Bass event. I release rights to any images or videos of myself captured by NewJen Bass, any host, any sponsor, or any other angler for event use. By completing membership payment, I confirm I have read, reviewed, understand and will comply with all official NewJen Bass Tournament rules found at www.NewJenBass.com.
